Extended Hours: 'Open Saturdays' are the perfect time to stroll all four floors of the 102-year-old former seed warehouse, now home to over 300 artists and creatives. Open Studios, Special Events and Gallery Openings all under one Enormous Roof!
Not all artists or studios will be open during extended Northrup King Building hours, per their discretion. We encourage you to contact the artist or studio you wish to visit to ensure they will be open. Masks are required throughout the building.

Color and Design in Watercolor with Lisa Fertig

Join us for a spectacular three-day immersive watercolor workshop with professional artist Lisa Fertig! We will explore how to successfully create realistic watercolor landscapes, from the planning stages to completion, with an emphasis on the Properties of Color and the elements and principles of design. Lisa's step-by-step process will put you at ease, as she shares techniques to help you loosen up and feel confident in approaching a watercolor painting.
This workshop is designed to help guide you through the painting process with ease and will include daily demonstrations, personal critiques, and a unique opportunity to re-visit past projects with ideas on how to "fix" and finish pieces you feel have not been successful.
