Open Saturdays are the retail hours to stroll all four floors of the 102 year old former seed warehouse, now home to over 300 artists and creatives. Open Studios, Special Events and Gallery Openings all under one Enormous Roof!
Not all artists or studios will be open during extended Northrup King Building hours, per their discretion. We encourage you to contact the artist or studio you wish to visit to ensure they will be open. Masks are required throughout the building.
We do not have air conditioning in our studio, please make an appointment as we will not be open for the months of June, July and August.
Northrup King Nights
Those who know, know: Northrup King Nights is a festive evening powered by the creativity of our artistic community! It may happen only three times a year, but each night is an unforgettable experience!

Join us for a three-building art walk connecting art to 100 years of Mississippi River restoration. The Mill Yard joins The Legacy and Bridgewater Lofts in hosting the Mill District Art Walk 2026. This special event is being held in conjunction with the Sacred Water Shared Future initiative and in collaboration with the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization.

The Art Crawl is a celebration of local talent set against the beauty of Bald Eagle Lake. Artists are hosted outdoors at homes throughout the lakeside community, with multiple creatives featured at each stop. The result is a truly one-of-a-kind art crawl experience where art, nature, and community come together.

Meet the artists, find a unique treasure, get your shopping done, or try your hand at an interactive art activity – all featured at our beautiful and historic arts building. Three days full of fun, color and inspiration! Rawr, it's Art Attack!
