Refund policy

If any artwork or products are damaged in the delivery process, please contact Lisa Fertig Fine Art via email at lisa@lisafertig.com and include a photograph of the damaged item. Upon receipt of said email and photograph, Lisa Fertig Fine Art will contact the customer to issue a refund excluding associated shipping and handling charges. No refunds are issued beyond 30 days from the date of shipment.
